Iced London
The business
A London jewellery brand selling fine and lab-grown diamond pieces — chains, rings, bracelets, pendants and commissions — direct to customers online. Built and run by Faris over roughly seven years.
The challenge
Selling four-figure jewellery to people who have never held it. Every part of the journey has to carry the weight: the photography, the product page, the delivery promise, the tone of the follow-up after someone spends three thousand pounds with a brand they found on their phone.

What we learned
At high price points conversion is mostly reassurance. Most of the work is not persuasion — it is removing reasons to hesitate, one at a time, until buying feels like the obvious thing to do.
Where it applies
Any business selling something expensive to someone who cannot touch it first: jewellers, watch dealers, furniture and interiors, automotive, high-ticket clinics, property.
